Through the many creative endeavours as well as the wealth of experience derived from many successful projects track records, complemented with the Directors who are holders of patents, the Company has secured many unique infrastructural projects during this new, short realignment.

Director
Ir. Dr. Low, a practicing Civil Engineering Consultant cum University Lecturer and the Founder of Advanced Clarity Hectares Sdn Bhd, has been invited to be the Technical Director of Advanced Clarity Hectares Sdn Bhd based on his extensive experience in the construction industry. He has been the man behind some of the innovative green technological advances in the country and is an asset to the company in the realization of its development of its vision of value creation in green and sustainable technologies, research on cost effective solutions, as well as the unique technical specialties the company can offer in infrastructural projects. His visionary approach and versatile experience in technology development and marketing have earned him the recognition and reputation for his creativity among partners and clients.
Dr Tioh Ngee Heng
Director
Dr Tioh has been trained as an Applied Chemist specializing in analytical procedure development as well in quality assurance of materials. He has been in business since 2012. Dr Tioh together with the Technical Director have been the driving force behind the company’s development and growth. He has extensive administrative experience, marketing, training as well as an experienced consultant for varied areas. His dynamic, target-oriented and prudent management style secures timely flow of operation from the stage of planning to its full completion.
